Yes. Each re-index counts as a full indexing-hour usage. We recommend re-indexing when you upgrade tiers to pick up OCR and sentiment signals that were unavailable at your previous tier level. Re-indexing does not delete existing results — it appends updated results.

No. Meshora streams your video files for processing and does not retain raw footage. We store the resulting index — transcripts, embeddings, and metadata — but not the source files. Your S3, GCS, or Azure Blob remains the authoritative store for your video content.

Archive tier contracts are typically annual. Volume, SLA level, and deployment model (cloud-hosted vs. on-premise) all affect pricing. Talk to us for a proposal — we'll quote based on your actual archive size and expected monthly indexing volume.
